Service Terms & Policies
1. Overview of Services
- Vicedz Enterprise LLC provides:
- Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
- Senior Concierge & Support Services
- Errand, grocery, and pharmacy assistance
- Procurement & contracting services (for business/government clients)
- All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and service area coverage.
2. Service Area
- We proudly serve the State of Delaware and surrounding areas.
- Services outside standard coverage areas may incur additional fees.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
- All services must be scheduled in advance
- Same-day requests are not guaranteed
- Clients are encouraged to schedule at least 24–48 hours in advance
- Recurring clients may request priority scheduling
4. Monthly Package Services
- Clients enrolled in monthly packages agree to the following:
- Services are limited to the package selected
- All services must be used within the monthly billing cycle
- Unused services do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Additional services beyond package limits will be billed separately
5. Waiting Time Policy
- Appointment wait time: Up to 60 minutes included
- Grocery/errand assistance: Up to 45 minutes included
- Additional time may result in:
- Hourly charges
- Additional service fees
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 12–24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may result in:
- Service being counted as used
- Or a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be:
- Counted as a completed service
- Or billed accordingly
7. Payment Terms
- Monthly packages are billed in advance
- Payment is required prior to service activation
- Accepted payment methods include:
- Online payments (card)
- Invoices (Stripe, Square, PayPal)
- Failure to make payment may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Cancellation of scheduled appointments
8. Additional Charges
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Mileage beyond base service area
- Extended wait time
- Additional stops
- Services outside package limits
- After-hours or urgent requests
- All additional charges will be communicated when possible.
9. Companion & Assistance Services
- Our team provides:
- Escort assistance to and from appointments
- Grocery and errand support
- Non-medical companionship
- However:
- We do not provide medical care or clinical services
- Clients requiring medical supervision must arrange appropriate care
10. Safety & Conduct Policy
- To ensure safety for all:
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The environment is unsafe
- The client poses a risk to staff
- Conditions are beyond service scope
- Clients must:
- Treat staff with respect
- Provide accurate service information
